*We are currently NOT accepting applications for Jewelry, Candles, Body care, CBD or Essential Oils, Ice Cream or Italian Ice, printed mugs, baseball caps, charcuterie boards, ornaments.

We are excited to have you apply for the Night Market! We are always looking for amazing new artists, artisans, crafters and food vendors.

About the Night Market: We are the largest art market in the Southeast and have won Charleston’s choice for Local Art in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023. 2024 & 2025. The Night Market began as an Artisan/Hand Crafted only market in 2013, and now has over 200 various artists represented. This dynamic and diverse group has become an integral part of the Charleston City Market.

The Night Market is situated between Church Street and East Bay Street, operating every Friday and Saturday evening from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, concluding in December 2026. Centrally located in downtown Charleston, within the iconic City Market, the Night Market offers an opportunity to discover high-quality, unique, local, and handcrafted items, establishing itself as one of the largest and most diverse artisan markets, spanning three blocks. We are pleased that you have chosen to apply for the Night Market. Access to the application form requires a Google account. No walk-in applications will be accepted. We do not accept applications for the Day Market, as the Night Market serves as the pathway to becoming a Day Market vendor. Upon acceptance to the Night Market, there may be opportunities to participate in the Day Market at the renowned Charleston City Market.

You will be contacted via email if you are invited to proceed to step two of the selection process. Step two will involve a face-to-face screening of your product on May 19th.

About the Night Market

We are excited to invite you to the Night Market, the largest art market in the Southeast. Featuring 100 talented local artists and craftspeople—including 25 new artists—the market offers a festive atmosphere with live entertainment every Friday and Saturday evening from March through December. Stretching across three blocks of the Charleston City Market, the Night Market is the perfect place to find unique Charleston souvenirs, original artwork, and handmade housewares. Known for being a fun, relaxing, and magical shopping experience, this free event remains Charleston’s top choice for local art.
